Court Advertising/Sponsorship
A great opportunity has arisen for someone to promote their company or brand on our Squash courts.
Two of our club sponsors Centastone (Warren Stephens) and Stop Digging/Retaining Canterbury (Chris Dalzell) have decided not to renew their sponsorship. I want to
thank them for their support over the past 3 years, it has been gratefully appreciated.
Would you like to advertise on our Squash Courts for only:
Court 2 - $3000 plus GST per year and the additional one off set up cost.
Court 7 - $2000 plus GST per year and the additional one off set up cost.
If you are interested, please contact me direct at manager@christchurchsquash.co.nz

Thursday Pennant (Singles & Doubles)
This is a great way to meet new players and get some great games.
10 weeks starting 9th February 2023
The aim of this competition is to be fun, social, getting to know club members and having
great games alongside similar graded players. We will have doubles court or courts
running as well as the normal singles or 3 on a court. You need to let me know if you want
to play doubles or singles or don’t mind both upon entering.
Cost is $30 per club member, non-club members pay a pennant fee of $30 plus $30 (total
$60) to play round. Please note the $30 goes to the club. These payments are due within the first 2 weeks of play. The money is used for balls and weekly suppers which we encourage players to stay for.
There are normally 2 rounds of suppers – approx. 7.45pm and 8.45pm.
Times (you can’t pick a time – it is rotated around)
1st session - 6.15pm to 7.00pm
2nd session - 7.00pm to 7.45pm
3rd session - 7.45pm to 8.30pm
Register by email to: wsmith.rsmith@gmail.com or on iSquash with the following details:
Name
Grading points (if any)
Cell phone number
Email address
Please state if you prefer singles or doubles
Entries Close 1st
NOTE: While we encourage you to play all 10 rounds, this competition is designed to be flexible to suit work, home and social life. To cut down on the time spent working out draws your name will automatically go into the draw each week unless you let me know by Tuesday 5pm by email that you are unavailable. Point to remember – time and effort goes into producing a draw that suits everyone for this social night so if you don’t turn up on the night (baring an emergency) then you are letting down all the other people in your time slot.
Looking forward to starting this new round of squash.
Cheers Trish
